We bought this professional style waffle maker for a gift for our whole family this past holiday. We cranked out waffles for all, quickly with minimal waiting or cook time, two at a time! We had fun experimenting with different waffle recipes and toppings: strawberries and fresh whipped cream, maple syrup and butter, yogurt and blueberries. The Kitchen-Aid produced fluffy and virtually perfect waffles every time. Takes the chore out of making breakfast a special occasion!

My first kitchenaid waffle baker was the best. About 1 year after purchase I had an electronic issue with the unit staying on. I called Kitchenaid customer service and the gratefully sent me a new unit (great service by the way). However, I'm still limping along my old unit as the new unit griddle plate design has changed. The new "exact" unit is more shallow making a thinner waffle and the non-stick coating does not produce a golden waffle like my old unit. After cooking 2 waffle for the trash can to start, the new unit still made the waffles come out more dense and taste different in my side by side comparison with the same batter. I can only recommend the older style unit bought in late 2011.

This is the first waffle Baker that I have owned that gives consistent results every time. They come out nice and crisp in the outside and fluffy and soft in the middle. Highly recommended.Lynn
Best waffle maker ever!!!
from Portland Oregon
So exciting to be able to make two waffles at the same time. The outside is the perfect crisp while the inside heavenly. Why did I wait so long to experience this breakfast bliss. Highly recommend! Perfect for large families.

I got one 12 years ago. Loved to use and used at least monthly. Highlight for my kids and there friends. Replaced my older one and still makes wonderful waffles.

I have been waiting several years to get this waffle maker! It is super high quality, very heavy duty; makes 2 waffles at a time; heavy stainless steel shell and non stick cook area. Restaurant quality !!!!!! This is by far my favorite appliance.
Best Ever Waffle Maker

Got a Pro-Line Waffle maker about 8 years ago and it had to be "laid to rest" (if you were making waffle 3-4 times a week, 52 weeks a year, for 8 years you would be feeling your age also). Without hesitation I ordered a new one---that is the greatest endorsement a product can receive---the Proline Waffle maker makes having breakfast a joy----perfect waffles, they are not squished flat like with other waffle makers, you can set the time to have them as soft or as crisp as you like, and the new non-stick surface is the cherry on the icing on the cake, so to speak. If you want a waffle maker, don't even think of buying any one but the Proline.

This seems to be a quality waffle maker. It does make perfect waffles. It looks great and heats very evenly. It is easy to clean. Maybe a little large for some kitchens and is moderately heavy to lift.

I've always wanted to be able to make round, crunchy Belgian waffles. This KitchenAid makes it easy. Love the CeramaShield nonstick coating. Yumm!
Belgian Liège Waffles a success
from Cornwall Ontario
I have had time to use the Waffle Baker many times, I have tried many waffle recipes and I can confirm that I am very happy with it. I have made some Liège Waffles several times so far with real 'Belgian pearl sugar.' I was afraid that the 'pearl sugar' would stick and make a mess. Some pieces of 'pearl sugar' did caramelize but they did not stick at all. No matter what recipe of waffles I tried, they were a success each time. Thank you KitchenAid for another great appliance.
