Professional Range for Everyday Cooks

Pros:	Large Surface Area, Heats Up Quickly, Precise Controls, Easy To Clean
Best Uses:	Soups and Stews, Woks, Sauteing, Large Kitchens

This range is large enough on top to actually use all of the burners even when working with large pots. Tne convection oven is a dream and cooks things evenly and quickly.
