Comments about Broan Economy 40000 Series 36" Hood:

This hood is a great value, works well. Not for a high end kitchen if you are looking for a decorative hood, vent and light. Fan has good suction and is not the most quiet, but not too loud, you do know it is on. Light is nothing fancy, but works. Install was easy. Had to get a transition from rectangle to 7 inch round for vent duct connection, but fit and aligned perfectly. Would recommend this hood to anyone who wants a fully functional unit that looks decent and works well, but does not want the high end decorative model. Great hood for the price!
