Great for Protein Shakes, Milk Shakes & Malts! Easy to use and quick to clean. To store on counter, requires unobstructed counter height, greater than standard 18", but overall foot print is quite small and manageable.

Built like a tank, and excellently finished. Got the red because the retro colors didn't thrill me, but the red ire really, really... red.

Let's face it: nobody needs one of these in thier kitchen... so, it ought to be a fun toy to use. It is. It offers a swell blend of nostalgia and power-tool that I enjoy. It's powerful and can whip up a malt in no time. The motor is powerful enought to handle thick ice cream drinks. I haven't tried it with cie or fruit or so on, tho.

One issue is that it's tall. It probably won't fit under the cabbinets, or even *in* a lot of cabbinets, so storage may be an problem. The one othhr drawback is that you have to be making a pretty big drink for it to function properly. The mixer blade doesn't get close to the bottom of the mixing cup. That's no problem with a full cup because the spinning sucks everything up from the bottom, but it doesn't work for a mini-malt. So, over-indulge or find someone to share with ;)
