After a very long wait to get my wall oven, I have been delighted by its capacity and temperature accuracy. Even though it's in the same space as my old oven, it seems larger. I started out by testing roasted and baked entrees (homemade). They turned out perfectly. Then I tried scones. I estimated they would be finished in 20 minutes. I took them out after 21 minutes and they were a little overcooked - by 1 minute. Perfect again. There were some complaints about the time it takes to preheat. There is a quick preheat function, so this has not been an issue.

I had this installed a little over a week ago and have tried to bake several things with either the Bake or Convection Bake option. Nothing would bake in the amount of time expected -- taking quite a bit longer -- so I got an oven thermometer. The temperature on the display vs. the temperature in the oven is 30 or more degrees less than that on the display. The timer "bell" is also extremely hard to hear even when I am in the kitchen! On the plus size, the oven is nice looking and the display is nice, but if it doesn't bake right, what is the point. Not looking forward to the hassle of getting this serviced. I had read several reviews of people having similar problems and just thought they had a lemon and that most people (including me) would get a good one...

We have always had Kitchenaid appliances, and we still do, but the convection ovens have a rather disappointing repair need. It breaks with too much steam (like roasting a turkey), when we clean it, when we use it more heavily (like baking Christmas Cookies) and this last time, it just cooled down and won't start again. When it works I love it.Our last home had one and it was repaired 3 or 4 times in 10 years. When our oven in our new home broke (it was a poor low-end brand) we went with the Kitchenaid again. That was May 2013. I am currently waiting for the repair guy to show up for it's 4th repair in the last 1 1/2 years. I wish there was a lemon law that would require replacing it.

We specifically love the blue coating on the interior of the oven. We only just came to realize that this is also has a convection option. Now we have a microwave, a wall oven, and the option for either to be a convection oven.

Bought the oven in July. Nothing but problems. Repairmen sent give you the company line--it's you not the product. KitchenAid knows for a fact that these ovens have a temperature malfunction. KitchenAid and their retailers continue to sell a defective product. For example: it took two hours to bake a potato. Oven set at 350 degrees somewhere in the first hour temperature dropped to 305 degrees. But it's the customers fault. We had to reboot the oven to get it back to its correct temperature, but again its the customer at fault!
