This product is ideal for butcher's block kitchen islands or carts and professional wood cutting boards. It does a great job at enhancing the grain and color of the treated wood leaving a faint citrusy scent behind. Highly recommended!

This is the safest, best product to use on quality butcher block/wood cutting boards. Standard mineral oil is not a good option. I trust a company that makes quality wood products.
The only drawback is 3-4 week application per instructions if boards are used heavily.

This is a phenomenal product. It restores the depth and richness of wood. I bought it and use it for an ulu bowl. It restored it's new look, and protects it from drying and cracking. I would use it for all of my kitchen wood.

John Boos Mystery oil is just the best! Not only do I use it on my John Boos board, but I also use it on my olive wood utensils. You can tell that the wood loves this oil. It has a yummy fragrance. It goes into the wood beautifully and seems to nourish it well. After I first tried this oil, I never want to be without it!
