BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Does exactly what it is advertised to do. Chops veg. just right. Small, easy to clean, and powerful motor. When you dont want to drag out the full size blender, this fits the bill!!

BOTTOM LINE Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Great little machine. Can do most of the jobs I would pull out my full sized blender for.

Great for mincing and pureeing

This is a small, stylish, relatively powerful food processor. Unfortunately, that power is good for turning relatively small pieces of food into very small pieces of food or into liquid. I had read other reviews to this effect, but thought I could better control the outcome. Wrong! Well, unless I want to add and remove food in very small batches to be chopped, which I don't. So I would not recommend it for chopping unless you like extra work. The chop/grind combination allows blade to go both ways--good for making sure the last bits of food have been minced. The plastic bowl and lid latch on firmly, but there is some give in the plastic, so I doubt the plastic parts will last for a really long time. [...]
