• Participation in 3 FOR FREE Warranty ("Promotion") is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise advised.
  
• Claims are only open to United States & Canadian residents.
  
• Promotion begins on January 1, 2013 and ends on June 30, 2013. ("Promotional Period").
  
• Online product warranty registrations for the Promotion must be submitted with a Promotion Code at warranty.dacor.com by midnight Pacific Standard Time July 31, 2013 ("Registration Deadline").
  
• Product and purchase information accompanied with a valid Promotion Code can be submitted via phone (1-877-DACOR-123) whereby a Dacor representative will register the product online on the customer's behalf.
  
• The offer is only applicable to the purchase of any Dacor appliance from any authorized Dacor retailer throughout the United States and Canada during the Promotional Period, and with online registration using the Promotional Code by the Registration Deadline. Exceptions to this program include: 1) any products and/or appliances within Dacor's Accessory category, 2) floor/dealer models, 3) opened-box models, 4) models obsolete from Dacor's 2013 product catalog.
  
• Manufacturer warranty protection for appliances that are purchased within the Promotional Period and registered online by the Registration Deadline using the Promotion Code will be automatically extended from 1 year to 3 years. Refrigeration appliances will be automatically extended from 2 years to 3 years.
  
• This Promotion covers any parts and labor costs associated with the qualified product from date of purchase for 3 years. Date of purchase must be within the Promotional Period and the product warranty must be registered online by the Registration Deadline.
  
• Dacor reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims (including contacting the place of purchase) and claimants (including a claimant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the claim process. Failure by Dacor to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  
• Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.
  
• Claimants must retain a copy of the original purchase receipt for all claims as Proof of Purchase. Failure to produce the Proof of Purchase for all claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of Dacor, result in invalidation of ALL of a claimant's claims and forfeiture of any right to an offer.
  
• If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant, Dacor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the claimant.
  
• Dacor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
• It is the responsibility of the claimant to provide the correct details for the Promotion.
  
• 3 FOR FREE Warranty cannot be exchanged for cash nor ownership transferred.
  
• Dacor collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, offer suppliers and as required, to United State and Canadian regulatory authorities. Claim is conditional upon providing this information. If the claimant does not mark the applicable box, Dacor may, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. Claimants should direct any requests to access, update or correct information to Dacor. All claims become the property of Dacor.
