  • The key to a properly prepared meal is even heat circulation. With our Genuine European Convection oven, the air is pre-heated by an additional 1,100-watt heating element, and then circulated throughout the oven by a fan. Your food cooks more evenly because the temperature is exactly the same throughout the entire oven cavity. Convection heat cooks food up to 30% faster, sealing in the nutritional value of food, making baked goods rise better, and meats juicier.
