Dacor's Electric Pure Convection™ system outperforms all gas and electric convection ovens. It provides superior heat distribution and control. The result is outstanding cooking performance.

Dacor's Pure Convection™ System is, quite simply, the best available on the market, today. While other convection ovens simply heat air with the elements in the oven chamber, their Pure Convection™ system uses a third element outside the oven's cooking area - located behind a baffle - that separates the food from the heat source.

The externally heated air is channeled by the baffle and circulated vigorously, yet evenly throughout the oven, via the convection fan. This superior heating & air circulation eliminates any hot or cool spots in the oven. The result is exceptionally even multirack cooking. Foods cook in 10% less time and at a 25-degree lower temperature (saving you time & money). And, the Pure Convection™ System's filter eliminates the transfer of food flavors or aromas from one dish to another, while helping the oven stay cleaner longer. No other convection system can match Dacor's Pure Convection™ Ovens.
