  • One year From the date of the original purchase: Any part in the cooking product which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. During this limited one-year warranty, GE will provide, free of charge, all labor and related service costs to replace the defective part.
  • Second through fifth year From the date of the original purchase: Glass cooktop, radiant surface units, if the glass cooktop should crack due to thermal shock, discolor, crack at the rubber seal between the glass cooktop and the porcelain edge or if the pattern wears off, or if any of the radiant surface units burn out. During this additional four-year limited warranty, you will be responsible for all labor and related service costs to replace the defective part.
