The Haier 50-pint dehumidifier has an adjustable humidistat that gives you the power to program your desired humidity level between 30 and 70%, although 40% is the recommended level for maximum comfort. These humidity levels and settings can be quickly set on a digital LED control panel. This appliance not only has high-quality performance, but it's also Energy Star-certified which means the machine uses less energy and ultimately lowers your utility bills. The humidity in the air works through a filter before draining into the pint bucket so maintaining a clean filter is recommended; your machine will conveniently remind you when it's time for the switch. The bucket itself has a capacity of 15 pints. When it gets full, the Haier 50-pint dehumidifier has an alarm that will sound for ten seconds to notify you that it's time to empty the reservoir.
