- All Imperial accessory products are unconditionally guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. If any item is received defective, we will replace it at no charge if returned to us with in one year.
- Imperial cues are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the cue.
- This warranty applies to Imperial cues purchased from an authorized Imperial Retailer or directly from the Imperial website; it does not account for secondary purchase and it is not transferable
- All of the Imperial cues covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced (with the same model or one of equal value, at our discretion) without charge.
- This warranty is no longer valid if your cue has any after-market products or if it has been subject to mishandling or abuse; it only covers manufacturer defects
- Warpage is not covered by this warranty since warpage is often the cause of improper cue storage
