IsoAcoustics ISODELOS-WA18-3 Walnut Delos 1815W2 Isolation Platform (Each)

The DELOS 1815W2 Isolated Walnut Butcher Block from IsoAcoustics combines the mass of a thick butcher block with IsoAcoustics award winning isolation to provide a low noise floor by eliminating the effects of structure borne vibrations. The DELOS 1815W2 is 18” (455mm) Wide x 15” (380mm) Depth x 3” (76mm) Thick and has a weight capacity of 55 lbs. (24.9 kg). This 3” model has an edge in performance over the 1 ¾” thick model because of the additional mass. Also available in Maple (Model 1815M2).

  • Reveal The Finer Details From Your Records
Turntables are carefully made with extreme precision to pick up the finest details in a record. The stylus navigating the tiny variations in the vinyl’s groves is a delicate process that is very sensitive to vibrations. The DELOS butcher block from IsoAcoustics decouples the turntable from the supporting surface and dramatically diminishes structural vibrations and resonances, resulting in greater clarity and detail.
  • Award Winning IsoAcoustics Isolation
The DELOS butcher blocks feature integrated IsoAcoustics patented isolators. IsoAcoustics award winning isolation designs are tested at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) and provide superior isolation performance.
  • The Floating Island of Delos (Greek Mythology)
The Island of Delos is one of the most important mythological and historical sites in Greece. In Greek mythology the windy island of Delos was once uninhabitable as it floated aimlessly in the rough Aegean Sea until the Greek god Poseidon anchored the floating island in its place on four granite columns to provide a safe place for Leto to give birth to the twin gods Apollo and Artemis.
