The JBL Synthesis SDR-38 is designed to ensure exceptional performance without compromise and offers an unparalleled feature set that puts it far ahead of the competition. It features full support for Dolby ATMOS, DTS:X, and Auro-3D immersive audio formats. DIRAC Live with Bass Control room EQ with JBL Synthesis system enhancements provides exceptionally accurate system tuning. A full suite of digital and analog connectivity is included along DANTE digital audio networking and HDMI 2.1 (8K Ultra HD) AV switching with support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+ dynamic video, plus IMAX Enhanced certification. Network and Bluetooth streaming are included with Google Chromecast built-in, Apple Airplay 2, Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect, plus it is Roon Ready with Hi-Res and MQA support. Seven channels of Class G amplification are included allowing the SDR-38 to independently power systems up to 7.1 channels. Full external control allows for complete and easy system integration.

  Class G implements multiple power supplies to deliver the first 20W per channel in pure Class A, with no crossover distortion. The second power supply drives the amplifier up to maximum output for dynamic output with a peak total power consumption of 1.5kW.
• DANTE Network Audio
  Bridge the gap between residential and commercial applications. All 16 channels of processed audio can be routed on a single CAT5e or CAT6 cable over a standard IP network. DANTE is easy to set up and compatible with DANTE enabled JBL Synthesis amplifiers.

  Play your favorite music in Hi-Res and MQA over Ethernet or Wi-Fi with Roon®, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect or with the Harman MusicLife app. For instant playback from your portable device, the SDR-38 includes Chromecast® built-in, Apple® AirPlay 2™ and Bluetooth with aptX®HD.

  Logic 16 will up-mix any input source from mono up to 15.1, including all Dolby formats with natural astonishing 3D sound. In addition, Dolby, DTS Neural:X, and Auro-3D upmixers are on board.
