• Easy Convect™ Conversion System - Great convection results can be achieved with the KitchenAid® Easy Convect™ Conversion feature. Set the internal oven or food temperature based on your recipe or preference and insert the electronic temperature probe in the roast. The probe will signal the oven to turn off automatically once the desired temperature is reached.
• Sabbath Mode Feature - The Sabbath Mode allows tones, lights and error messages to be overridden. The oven will not automatically shut off after 12 hours and a set temperature can be maintained for extended periods of time. Only the "start" and "0-9" key pads will operate.
