No matter how you prefer your steak, you can easily check the internal temperature with the integrated meat thermometer; the thermometer monitors cooking progress and turns off the oven once your preferred internal temperature is reached.

One of our favorite features on the KitchenAid KOED530PSS oven is Air Fry Mode. Rather than adding another small appliance to clutter your counters, your oven can do the work instead. Enjoy perfectly crispy results with less oil for healthier comfort foods (and less cleanup). Air Fry Mode uses triple heating elements and a fan to circulate hot air around the special air fry basket in the oven for crispy fries, chicken wings and more. Thanks to the generous 5 cubic feet capacity in each oven, you can easily air fry a protein and a vegetable at the same time. Even better, the air fry basket is dishwasher safe so it's easy to keep your KitchenAid oven clean.
