Le Creuset PG1855-23795 Heritage 1.5 Qt. Artichaut Pie Dish
A pie baked in the Heritage Collection pie dish will have a crust that's perfectly browned and flaky — never burnt — thanks to its stoneware material that absorbs and distributes heat evenly. And because the exterior enamel is so durable, you won't have to worry about knife marks marring its appearance. For a nice finishing touch, use the dimpled edge as a guide for an evenly fluted top crust.
