At the top of this Sony floorstanding speaker is a wide dispersion tweeter that's specifically designed for incredibly high frequencies so that you get the broadest range of audio possible at up to 50 kilohertz. Moving down, a pair of conventional amplifiers work across the entire frequency range to provide powerful bass along with tight mids for crisp, clear audio.
Thanks to mica-reinforced drivers, each speaker in this Sony three-way speaker is lightweight yet still punches well above its weight for sound. Optimized crossover components reduce overall signal loss and signal degradation across the entire platform to absolutely minimize distortion, and the high-quality construction carefully considers each component so that it performs at its fullest.
