The stainless steel griddle cover is for use on the gas/dual fuel ranges and/or rangetops with a 10 1/2 inch W. thermostatically controlled steel griddle/simmer plate.

Features:

• Stainless steel cover with Viking Professional handle
• For use with gas/dual fuel ranges and gas rangetops with a 10 1/2"W. thermostatically controlled steel griddle/simmer plate
• Does not have to be removed when operating adjacent surface burners (prevents spillage into the griddle/grill area when using the burners)
• Fits over griddle/simmer plate
• For open burner and sealed burner models

Note:

• This item does not fit the 42 inch wide VGRT or the Portable Griddle. For use with Classic ranges and rangetops only; does not fit Custom ranges or rangetops.
• The stainless steel cover with handle fits over griddle/simmer plate. It does not have to be removed when operating adjacent surface burners.
