The cooking area on the Weber GENESIS SP-E-325s is also made up of 9mm WEBER CRAFTED cooking grates and stainless steel FLAVORIZER bars. The FLAVORIZER bars direct grease, marinades and juices away from the burner tubes to reduce flare-ups, but these drippings also vaporize and circulate back up to your food to add additional flavor. The grill features a built-in thermometer on the porcelain-enameled lid, as well as an electronic push-button ignition system. You can also enjoy grilling day or night as the Weber GENESIS SP-E-325s features integrated surface lighting so you always have a clear view of your food.
