Weber Porcelain Enameled Flavorizer Bars | Genesis 300 Grills
Say goodbye to messy, dangerous flare ups with Weber grill Flavorizer bars. These porcelain bars make grilling safe and efficient by diverting grease and drippings away from burners in liquid propane and natural gas grills to avoid flare ups that can harm you or your grill. The grease and drippings on the bars are then vaporized and circulate upward to add intense grilled flavor to your food. By diverting drippings, the bars also help prevent burners from clogging. Repeated contact with heat, grease and drippings will inevitably cause buildup on these parts. Flavorizer bars are easily cleaned with a grill brush or with soap and water for more extensive buildup, giving them a long shelf life. Be sure to towel dry them as air drying will cause rust to form, thus shortening the life of the Flavorizer bars you’re trying to maintain. Before cleaning, turn on the grill and allow it to heat up then cool down. This process will burn grease and residue on the bars into ash, which is easier to remove.
