Sizzle burgers, sear steaks, or blacken veggies here to have food ready in time for dinner.
If you're cooking for a full house, you may need to pull down the extra warming rack for another 100 square inches of warming space. Place finished proteins here while you heat up more for your guests, or use this area for indirect heating. Toast hamburger buns, whole potatoes, and veggie sides here if you're using the main grate at higher temperatures. Once you're finished, close the lid on your Weber stainless steel grill and serve your platter of smoked foods.
