Cleaning & Care
- Regardless of the fabric type of your chair, we recommend using warm, soap, and a light cloth to wipe off any spills or dirt that is on your chair. Gently rub the affected area and dry with a dry cloth or paper towel. Viola! Your chair is clean and back to new. Please do not use chemical cleaning products such as bleach. This can harm your fabric, versus cleaning it.
- General wear and tear on a chair can happen. It doesn’t mean your chair is broken; it means it just may need a tune-up.
- Squeaking. Use Food Grade Silicone on the areas that seem to be squeaking.
- Loose parts. Use a tool to tighten all visible screws.
- Tight parts. Use Food Grade Silicone on the affected areas to see if it loosens. Also try warming the area with a hairdryer – sometimes cold temperatures can lock parts in place.
- X-HMT/Elemax one or more settings don’t work. Please let your unit fully run down, and then fully charge the unit back up before use. Please do not use the unit while charging.
