The Senior Accountant will be an integral part of the Corporate Accounting team that offers a wide variety of experiences and plenty opportunities for professional growth. Additional duties include:

  • Maintain & file workers compensation claims
  • Assisting with the payroll processing & validating data to ensure perfect payrolls
  • Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees
  • Maintain human resource information system records and compile reports from the database
  • Teaming with HR staff to perform a variety of work assignments including wellness, new-hire orientations and employee relations initiatives
  • Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise

Job Requirements

  • BA degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist (3 plus years)
  • Exceptional communication & people skills
  • Must be proficient in Excel, Word & familiar with Gmail and its associated applications
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus

  • Fluent in Spanish

The Media Coordinator role is a critical role within the Abt family and requires a person with advertising experience with TV, radio, and print subject matter expert within the marketing team. The Media Coordinator will work with Abt’s various external partners, internal stakeholders, and brands to establish an overarching strategy that drives brand awareness and overall sales across various mediums and platforms.

Our Media Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Plan, manage and execute detailed budgets for various vendors.
  • Analyze and provide regular reporting on campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
