Product Repair
As one of the few remaining retailers with a service shop inside of our retail store, we employ hundreds of technicians and are an authorized repair service center for most of the brands we carry. Our customers don't have to worry about us shipping their merchandise to outsourced service centers. When applicable, most of the service is done in-house with expert technicians.
Computer Support
Computer troubleshooting can at times be frustrating. If there is a computer issue that can't be solved over the phone, we can run a diagnostic test ($84) to determine what needs to be fixed. From there we will go over several different options available to make sure your computer is ready for use.
