I needed to last-minute replace my parents' fridge. I decided to use this as an excuse to replace all their kitchen appliances if I could afford it. I called my Abt salesperson (Leslie), explained what I wanted to do... she asked quick questions about budget, measurements, appliance preferences (e.g., fridge door format, stainless vs other finish, etc.). She then set up an appointment with me for that afternoon to show my mom and me what she'd propose. Leslie had the perfect set picked out... price was amazing. We were in and out in about 30 min. And she set up the install for 2 days later (we met Saturday afternoon, install was Monday morning). My folks said the delivery/install people were AMAZING. Friendly, professional, clean, organized, etc. And their kitchen looks phenomenal. Can't believe I purchased a whole new appliance set in less time than it takes me to sometimes purchase a shirt. Kudos once again to Abt and their sales (Leslie) & install (Isreal and Jamarr) teams!

We can't thank Leslie enough for assisting my husband, Ed and I to choose the perfect appliances for our newly remodeled kitchen. This was our first experience at ABT and certainly will not be the last. We would have been lost lambs without her expertise and delightful personality.
