They’re the only headphones I trust to stay put while I’m upside down, doing burpees, double unders or throwing heavy weights around. The fit and audio quality are exactly what you’d expect from Bose, plus no wires to trip me up mid routine. I highly recommend them to anyone with an active lifestyle.
Favorite Music:
Alternative- I’m a sucker for great lyrics, and anything that incorporates piano and/or strings. The National is one of my faves.
Favorite Books:
Audiobooks count? I don’t like sitting still for too long, so I prefer to get my fix via Audible. James Comey’s a Higher Loyalty is my most recent fave.
Favorite Movies:
Deadpool, Requiem for a Dream, Snatch, Fight Club, Step Brothers.

The Office and House.

Did I mention Crossfit? I also love the challenge of obstacle course races. I’ve run Tough Mudder 7 times, once pregnant. While I’m not a fan of running, I generally run 2-3 non-obstacle races a year. My best friends make me.
Favorite Podcast:
Sword and Scale. I LOVE TRUE CRIME PODCASTS! Also, Freakonomics. I get excited to feed by brain while growing my muscles.
