Peak T Assembly Instructions
Magnum's Peak T electric bike is assembled by an expert from the brand in this video. Step one is to install the handlebars as described by removing the bolts and refitting them. Next, reinstall the faceplate and the display bracket. Next step? Installing the pedals, the part of the bicycle that's universal to just about every bike. The right and left pedals do differ, so look for the R or L on each. Don't forget to grease or lube these parts as shown. Pedal backward with your hand as you install. Then, you'll use a bike-specific pedal wrench with a 15 mm opening or a 15 mm box wrench to tighten the pedals as much as possible. The following step involves installing the front fender: remove the brake bridge's bolt and re-install through the fender. Finally, we install the front wheel. This model uses a thru-axel fork for a modern standard. Grease the shaft of the thru-axel, position the wheel and add the thru-axel. Use a 6 mm Allen wrench to tighten it up, you'll want this part to be very tight. Finally, remove the seat post and add a dime-sized amount of lube to the interior. Finally, reinstall. Climb aboard and tighten the remaining nuts and bolts as shown
