How To Change Your Hearing Aid Wax Guards

How to Change Your Wax Guards:

*Note: Wax guards are important for ensuring your hearing aids continue to produce a consistent sound. Wax guard is located beneath the silicone tip.

Step 1- Remove hearing aids
Step 2- Peel back silicone tip to remove

*Note: You will need to use wax guards (included) to remove old wax guard. One end of wax guard has new wax guard (white tip) and the other is barbed to remove old wax guard

Step 3- Align the rod with the speaker of your hearing device and apply pressure
Step 4: Once barbed end is inserted, listen for a "click." Pull out rod to remove old wax guard
Step 5- Flip the rod to align new wax guard end with speaker
Step 6- Line rod up to speaker and press new wax guard in place. Pull back rod and new wax guard should be in place
Step 7- Replace silicone tips
