Abt is a local treasure. For years I have shopped at this great retailer after having a horrible experience with a national appliance store. I do not drive anymore but am happy that I can receive the same great customer experience shopping online or Abt- phone shopping.

I initially called and received very helpful advice without an expectation that I would buy from ABT. I did purchase a microwave, sent to us from half way across the country without a delivery charge, while my local would have charged one. Good experience overall.
