This 36in all gas range by Dacor is part of the Heritage collection the exterior is stainless with an extra-large viewing window, the signature Dacor logo, and 1 heavy-duty pro-style stainless handle. It comes with 3 continuous heavy-duty cast Iron grates and 6 brass dual-stacked sealed burners with the option of all brass and all-black caps giving you a total of 12 interchangeable caps. Burner output highs consist of four 15k Btu burners and 2 simmer sear burners that can reach up to 18k Btu’s, all burners have the ability to simmer at 800 and all burners feature smart flame technology which reduces flame contact with the grate to prevent grate discoloration and increase longevity. The surface of this range is easy to clean black porcelain. Also included is a 12in nonstick cast griddle and a wok ring.

Below the burners are 7 metal knobs that illuminate white when powered on. 6 are burner controls with markers and guides that help easily identify burners. One is for oven temperatures and self-cleaning. There’s also an oven light and convection fan button. Inside the 5.2 cubic foot self-cleaning oven is a dark porcelain interior with 1 flat rack, 2 full-extension gliding racks, 7 rack positions, 2 halogen oven lights, an 18k BTU infrared ceramic broiler, and a 3-part convection fan with removable filter.
