Handsomely styled, the subwoofer’s compact cabinet blends seamlessly into any HiFi or home theater system, energizing the space with astonishingly rich, detailed, and effortless bass.

Engineering a micro subwoofer capable of massive, pristine output means bending the laws of physics. SVS designers applied amplifier technology from the reference flagship 16-Ultra subwoofers to create an 800 watt RMS, 2,500 watt Peak Power Sledge STA-800D2 amplifier with fully discreet MOSFET output capable of effortless, on-demand current with unerring control.

Harnessing the colossal power is a dual-opposing 8-inch, fully-active SVS driver design for stunning output with pinpoint accuracy. Connected mechanically and electrically in parallel, both drivers receive the same amount of current ensuring precise, accurate bass, without distortion. A progressive inverted surround allows for maximum excursion and is critical to moving massive amounts of air and generating sound pressure levels you can feel at the deepest frequencies from such a small subwoofer enclosure.

3000 Micro has brains to match its brawn. A 50 MHz Analog Devices DSP lends sophisticated control and custom response curves that optimize the 3000 Micro subwoofer’s real-world output for acoustically tuned room gain. It also enables advanced subwoofer tuning and control via the SVS DSP smartphone app for the best subwoofer control experience.
