This is the only a/c that would fit so I was forced to purchase it. That being said, it's a lot better than the old a/c I had. The a/c needs to be installed with two people since it's fairly heavy. I love that there is a moneysaver and smart fan feature along with a remote control. No more getting out of bed at night to adjust the temperature.

On the downside, it can be a bit loud, but I think all "wall-shakers" are.

This air conditioner is too "COOOOL"

We replaced an old thru-the-wall air conditioner with this new updated model. Great product!!! Cools down 3 main rooms of our ranch style home. It does exactly what we wanted. This unit was perfect for us.

I use this unit to cool an open area that includes a kitchen, living room area and dining area. Works well and cools the area fairly quickly.

While the Friedrich models are more expensive than their competitors, the units are more robust. Surprisingly on the low fan setting, the unit is very quiet for an air conditioner. Only drawback is the weight of the unit. A two person installation is a must.

Many air conditioners advertise themselves as quiet but this one really is--the remote control is an INSANELY great feature--you can adjust the temperature without moving!! The timer is also a great thing for when you're out for the day but want to keep things cool for a certain time. What can I say--this was so worth the price!

The unit is great fired right up blowing brisk crisp air. I love it, especially living in Vegas where the temp is very high.. Very quiet and efficient.

Temperture setting is off. When I set the AC to 75 it is actually 80 in my room.

The service was great, the product was delivered fast. It was pretty easy to install and it works fine. The only flow that I've noticed is that the temperature level is not 100% accurate. For example if your desire room temperature is 70 F you need to set the temperature on the unit for 65 F. Other than that so far so good. The price of the unit was great - could not find better price anywhere. I would recommend this product to anyone.
