All of our watches are thoroughly inspected by our expert watchmaker for authenticity to ensure they are 100% genuine and all current inventory comes with the original warranty card and/or paperwork from the original purchase. All pre-owned watches come with a two-year warranty on the movement of the timepiece.

What is the return policy for pre-owned watches? What is the buy-back policy?

Our return policy for pre-owned watch purchases is five days to return or exchange for a full refund if the watch is returned in the same condition it was purchased, including original tags still attached. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% if the watch is returned with signs of wear beyond the original purchase condition. Abt's buy-back policy is as follows: Any pre-owned watch purchased after the five-day return policy can be purchased by Abt at the store's discretion based on the condition of the watch and the current market value.
