They successfully delivered and installed my new LG washer/dryer. The dish’s washer was the wrong type needed one with an open bottom. The sales guy handled it like a pro and will be delivered installed on Saturday!

The two gentlemen that delivered and installed my air conditioner were very thorough and polite. They knew exactly what had to be done and did it very well. They explained to me what they were doing, which I appreciated. My air conditioner looks great. They gave it a very finished look, which I am happy with. Also, explained how to use the air conditioner, whicwas very helpful to me.

Excellent, efficient, quick service! Answered all questions and were in and out in about 20 min to install a dishwasher and take my old one away.

The delivery of a refrigerator was very prompt and very well organized. The delivery staff was very courteous and well versed about the product.

The guys did a great job and answered all my questions.

From start to finish the process was great. David Hammel in sales was well informed and things went as he said.The delivery and the guys who delivered the appliances were outstanding. They were extremely neat and concerned that everything was perfect from the time they got here till the time they left. ABT is top on my list If I need anything in the future and I'm sure I will.

He arrived promptly, and was both professional and personable. He made what could have been a stressful experience just the opposite. I will always recommend Abt.

The instrallers were wonderful, their knowledge of the washer/dryer was excellent and gave us a few pointers on how the machine operates. They place the machine in home with ease. Also very friendly. 5 stars plus one.

Technicians came on time. Brian and his helper were very professional. He noticed a connection problem and was able to fix it. Dryer works well.

Arrival was 40 minutes earlier than provided window, causing a minor inconvenience. Other than that I am very satisfied with the service.

Two installers did, what seemed to us, a quick and competent swapping of old dishwasher for new. Good humor, willing to answer questions and offer a few operating tips. 84-page owner’s manual—you have to be kidding!

Polite, on-time and thorough. Explained operating features of our new appliance. I have been a loyal Abt Electronics customers for many years. My only wish would be that your suppliers (manufacturers) build appliances with a longer life cycle. Example the Frigidaire upright freezer I just replaced lasted 24 years. New Frigidaire freezer (made in China) has a life expectancy of maybe 7-10 years.

We had two deliveries from Abt yesterday: a hot water which was installed and a refrigerator that was delivered and the old one removed. There isn’t a number high enough to demonstrate our happiness with both. In particular, the refrigerator delivery and removal was quite difficult and we can’t thank both teams enough for their effort and professionalism.

The customer service at Abt is second to none. From the online purchase with a knowledge sales representative to the delivery personnel who make you feel at ease as they navigate up stairs, doorways and troubleshooting installation is wonderful. This is my second online purchase of major appliances with Abt and it could not have been easier. The showroom is incredible but if you know what you are looking for, the online team is definitely a great option if you can’t take a ride to the showroom. I did go to “other” stores that are close to home just to view the product and measure, then went directly home and purchased with Abt. The reason…the level of customer service from start to finish and beyond with Abt.

The two gentlemen who delivered our two items were great!! I’m just curious if the floor model refrigerator I purchased came with an owners manual? There wasn’t one left behind for us.
