I actually requested Tyler because he did such a great job installing my LG Stove. That experience solidified that any other purchase I would be going through ABT. He installed my new Maytag dryer. Tyler and Jose were awesome. Very knowledgeable, did great switching out the dryers and I will be buying a speed queen washer soon and purchasing through ABT again! Hopefully Tyler can install it!

On the day of the delivery I got a call from the delivery guys to give me a time frame for their arrival. During the time frame I got another call to let me know that they were 5 minutes away. When they arrived they removed my old microwave and installed the new one within minutes. They did a great job.

I cannot say enough positive experiences with ABT. We have been buying all of our appliances for our rental properties for the last five years maybe had a couple hiccups but from remodeling at least 30 units with stainless steel appliances, washer, and dryer units. It has been amazing. Their service is outstanding their delivery people are so nice and professional, and their prices are very reasonable! I highly recommend them.

Delivery of our lovely new sofa went very well. The two man team managed the tricky move into our new digs well. They were pleasant, polite, and made sure to test the mechanism to make sure all was well. They tidied up and removed all the packing material, and chatted amiably with my husband along the way. As a first time buyer, I can't say enough good about my experience with this company and the team of people I have worked with! Everyone took time to answer all my questions to make the decision process so easy! I know where I will be returning when I am looking to purchase something for our home! And the delivery was 5 star also with two employees that have been with the company for over 15 years each! That says a lot right there! They spoke so highly and gave me the history of the company which I had no idea how long they have been in business for! Abt you are certainly are doing things right and it might be my first purchase but definitely won't be my last!

Dryer was delivered on the promised day. Delivery and installation was very professional. They transferred my pedestal with no problems. Since I bought a floor model manual was not available. Driver said he would request that a pdf be sent to me for reference. PDF file was in my inbox the next morning. We have bought from Abt for years and the standards have always been high which they were again this time.
