Great service. Knowledgeable, helpful, understandable person answered the phone…a real blessing these days! Made ordering what I wanted real easy at a fair price. The product was not available anywhere near where I live. Abt had the washing machine and shipped it asap from several states away. The two delivery men who moved the appliance on the last leg of the journey to my residence were top notch, as well…very considerate and professional.

I am completely satisfied with the delivery service I received. The gentlemen that brought the appliances were wonderful, thoughtful, and a pleasure to deal with. They brought 3 appliances (one was a very large refrigerator) up three flights of very narrow stairs and did a masterful job of navigating the narrow landings without damaging a single thing. I was very worried and ended up very pleased with the results. Kudos to the crew and their attention to detail! I would definitely recommend anyone to Abt!

It was great being in direct communication with the driver, and not stuck with an all day window. Jose and Andris were exceptional, getting my old unit out and new unit in up a 3rd floor walk up! Very professional with measurements and navigation tight turns on the landings. Appreciated that they put the shelves in and carefully removed the all plastic wrapping too. A true 5 star experience.

It would have been nice if the delivery driver would have rung our bell to let us know a package was being delivered. I found out we had a delivery by checking my email and discovered a delivery receipt from Abt. Lo and behold, there was my order sitting outside of my front door.

The whole process was seamless and the appliances came when they said they were going to come. The installers did a great job installing all the appliances. There were challenges with the installation but Harold took his time and was meticulous making everything right. I would recommend ABT.

The delivery guys were great and did a wonderful job. I did have 1 concern while unloading from the truck, that the fridge was laid on its side or back for a couple of minutes to remove packaging material from the bottom. From everything I have read, that they should not be laid horizontal. I am just concerned about the possibility of oil and compressor issues.
