The delivery was very prompt and in good order. The quality of the boombox is great, the sound of blue tooth music downloads is clear, like being at a live concert. The speakers really put it out there. I'm sure those taking this model to events makes it a popular, must have boombox. Josh Leff made the ordering process easy, thanks again...........

The installation went smoothly and took 3 hours. We had trouble connecting the cars but they came back a few days later and got the connections working. They also gave tips on the lube for maintaining the rail and springs.

Jacob and his team delivered my new stove and dishwasher. Jacob worked above and beyond to troubleshoot the removal of my old dishwasher. The delivery process went without any issues. The delivery of my order was within the slotted time range that ABT provided. The delivery person place my item between the door and storm door and sent me a picture via text that my order was delivered.

The entire process was done very professional and the friendliness of the installers were superb. The entire communication from start to finish were exact,on time, and quick removal and installation of my new dishwasher. Dan the delivery driver was amazing. Very accommodating. Kept up really good communication. I reached out to him to let him know that I had a pretty strict sleep time because of work and that I didn’t want my daughter to see it as it was a birthday present for her. He assured me that he would do his best to accommodate that. Throughout the day he kept up communication and made it exactly on time. He was polite and professional. I’ve never shopped at Abt before. But if this is the kind of service I can expect, I am definitely going to be looking at you guys for future purchases. In my previous career I did retail management. If all my employees were like him my job would have been a lot easier. He’s a great asset to your team.

This entire process was excellent. The Sales person (Dana) was great. The delivery was not only a little early but the guys were professional and very pleasent, showed me how to use the remote, answered any questions I had and removed all the boxes and the old air conditioner.. Overall this was a great experience. Also, after seeing my new air conditioner my neighbor now wants one.
