Manny was amazing and corrected the initial installation issue that did not have any insulation around the dishwasher and had the dishwasher too high so that it was touching the bottom of the counter causing the counter to get quite hot. I also applaud who came out before the installation of the insulation and discovered the issue. Each professional that came out deserves an applause!!!

One part supplied for the requested repair work was incorrectly ordered so a return visit is required and has been scheduled. One of the two service men here has ordered what's needed. Both repair men were exceptionally polite, neat, informative, and efficient in completing what could be finished that day.

The ABT delivery guys are the BEST! Knowledgable, efficient, friendly & always communicate their arrival times. My garage freezer was set-up quickly & I was asked if I had any questions. The whole delivery process was exceptional. Two guys came in very professional knew exactly what they were doing. We’re very efficient and couldn’t have done a better job. To be honest, I was a little skeptical buying something from a site that I have never heard of. After doing some research...which is a must these days, I was pleasantly surprised. The reviews are phenomenal, so I decided to give it go. I needed a microwave after mine decided to say enough is enough. You had the exact model in your store, so I purchased it. Home Depot and Low's had the same model, but it would have taken way too long for delivery. Not only did I save approx $130 with Abt, the shipping was SUPER fast. The shipping said it would be 5 days...my microwave was delivered in TWO DAYS...WOW. Thanks so much for your business and fast delivery. I have your site locked down, and will definitely be back to shop again...

Great experience working with ABT. I had a multi-phase, multi-location project that the sales rep, Al, helped me coordinate seamlessly. It was to unmount a tv, and remount in a new location but with a different type of mount and new sound bar. The crew showed up right on time and were incredibly knowledgeable about the entire process of running new electrical, mounting all the peripherals so it looked nice, and setting up all the tech. They were swift and clean. What more can you ask for. Highly recommend ABT whenever possible!

The gentlemen were excellent. They were respectful, careful, and efficient. They set my sons freezer up in a timely manner and even acknowledged the debt in freezer.
