Tracking Your National Shipment: Abt Customer Service

Find Your Tracking Information Via Email
After you’ve picked out your appliance, you’ll receive an email detailing your shipping information. This email should arrive within 24 hours of your shipment being finalized and sent, and contains important tracking information. If you’re unable to find yours, take a peek in your spam folder.
There are two ways to check the status of your shipment—by using either the tracking or order number found in your email.
Find by Order Number
- If checking using an order number, input the order number and last name.
- Click track.
- You’ll then be shown your shipping information. If your information does not appear, click the shipping partner’s name in blue.
- You’ll be redirected to the third-party shipment website, where your up-to-date delivery information will be displayed.
Find by Tracking Number
- If checking using tracking number, input your tracking number.
- Click track.
- You’ll be redirected to the third-party shipment website, where your up-to-date delivery information will be displayed.
