This is sort of a non-review. When we unpacked the microwave and opened the door, it only opened about four inches. It seems that the external stainless steel body is mis-aligned, and catches on the door. Not sure how the microwave works, since we'll be returning it, but it's probably useful to have this sort of comment, since it goes to quality control issues, perhaps--even on an anecdotal level.
