[...]I really like the microwave. It is efficiently and simply designed. It has handy features that we utilize but not alot of extra functions that are unnecessary. Even the manual was easy to read and understand. I can heat anywhere from 30 seconds to 6 min all with the push of just ONE button. The front is attractive and I like the white screen. The only drawbacks I could find are that I would like my beverages hotter when using the beverage button. Also, the timer must be shut off after it goes off. Some would find this a plus, but to me it is a bit annoying. All in all, a simple, efficient, moderately-priced, attractive, and quiet microwave.

My original JennAir got so rusted on the inside; it was ugly. I checked with [...] to find a replacement and GE rated very highly. I am happy to say their ratings of this model were spot on. I put it into my wall cabinet (as with the previous JennAir) and had to purchase the trim kit, which I found very expensive: it cost the same as the microwave! That was my only negative about this appliance. Performance-wise, it is great!

I just love it, Consumer Report rated it very high and I agree. There are a few more buttons but the learning curve is very easy. It is very deep but has a small foot print so it fit well on my microwave cart.

I chose this microwave to install in my new house. We had not moved in long before it stopped working. The repairman assured me that it was a very unusual fault and fixed it in a short time (under warranty). Just after the warranty expired it stopped heating. I recently replaced it with the same model so that I didn't have to buy a new trim kit. I like the features of this model, particularly the sensor heating, but I am not sure reliable the model is.

The unit is very nice and works well. It does have a noisy turntable. It is larger than I expected so make sure you look at the specs before purchasing.

We are delighted with the JE1860. It's essentially a counter top version of the exceptional over-oven product. Powerful, easy to operate, big inside, and with the ability to turn off the turntable to accommodate square casserole dishes.

The oven has a number of advanced and or convenient features. You can shut off the turn-table to use an over-size dish, although the oven is quite large. Popcorn feature allows you to add or subtract time, which is a nice idea.

It has everything the reviews and ratings said it should have. I don't find it particularly noisy, as other reviewers said, but then it replaced a 28 year old Microwave oven, so what could I expect? I was so pleased that the order was filled and delivered so quickly that it gives me confidence in ordering sight unseen again.

[...]It's a good machine so far and we've used it a lot. I like it's size compared to my old one, but I wish the controls were a little different. This one isn't so intuitive, but once you "get it" then things fall into place and you can figure out what you want to do. The sensor controls are almost TOO good... things come out a lot hotter than is immediately edible. All in all a worthwhile purchase.

I have no complaints about how it cooks. However, for the past 20 years, I have used Sharp sensor cook ovens which had much more versatile features. For example, this one limits reheat to one portion, vegetables have only one setting so carrots come out undone. I am used to doing lots of sensor cooking, so it is a disadvantage to me. If you are not a sensor cooker, the microwave is great--fast high powered and easy to use.
