Works great, easy to use. The sensor cooking isn't the best, but everything else seems to be very good.

Expensive, but worth it for us.

We chose this model because it was the right size for the space we had and it happen to match our other appliances- all Kitchen Aid. The shelf makes it easy to heat two items at the same time. The turntable is a tad unstable and a bit noisy as a result. There are much less expensive models, but this one works great and is otherwise perfect for our needs.

this is our second Kitchenaid microwave. We use it multiple times every day and it's performance is even and quick. Plus is looks great in the kitchen.
