We like the unit's size because it's not too high but still handles large portions. And we really like the dial for setting cook-time, etc. It's quick, smooth and simple. We've used the "Sensor" cooking feature--so far only for baked potatoes. It works like a charm. One of the manufacturer's claims was that this microwave cooks evenly (not just from the outside -> in), and so far that also seems to be true.
