This microwave is powerful, but quiet. I like the dial button to set the cooking time and all the other feature buttons like "more" or "less" which make automatic cooking easy but precise. Besides, it looks great on the countertop! Do I recommend it? Without hesitation!

Looks good, works well. Its special features work to cook or defrost at various power levels. Has a clever computer built in that helps set cooking time, etc. A door handle would be easier to use that the pushbutton, which requires a vigorous shove.

My favorite microwave ever! Not only is it the perfect size for my microwave shelf, but it has a large interior and one of the highest powers I could find on a non-commercial microwave. The controls are very easy to use and to top it all off it has a beautifully sleek, modern look to it.

I am on a special diet which requires delivered frozen food so I use this microwave every day. It's simple to use and really heats the food very evenly. It's more powerful than the one I had previously so that I feel the food is really done. That's especially important with frozen chicken dishes. I have not found anything wrong with it.

It was the unit that had the most power, was stainless steel to match the rest of the kitchen and fit on the counter under the cabinet.
I had the older model for years and loved it. I went on the internet to research the same model and found this perfect. Great price too.

Great microwave. Heats food very evenly compared to our prior one. Only problem, you can only set time in 5 second increments. Heating our baby's bottle really needs something between 40 and 45 seconds, like 42, and that is impossible to set.

This unit works differently from other ovens that I have had - set the power then turn the dial for the cooking time. Not hard to get used to but different. I have two negative comments about the unit. The first is that there is not an interior light when you open the door. The second is that the beep is very quiet - if you use the timer function and leave the room, you may not hear the beep. Overall, these are not deal breakers.

This is a POWERFUL microwave. I recommend being watchful when you are using it. I put frozen appetizers in and followed the directions on the box and ended up with charcoal and a lot of smoke. After 4 days there is still a bit of a burnt smell in the microwave. Clearly, I should have halfed the power and probably the time too. I like the auto sensors, but again, you need to get used to them and the timing of what you are cooking or defrosting.
The other point to consider is that the light does NOT go on when you open the door; it is only on while cooking the food. I think this is a bad design choice.
Otherwise, I am pleased, so far, with this microwave.

Clean, attractive design. Very easy to wipe clean both inside and out. I found it to be pretty quit except for the beeping when the cycle is over. I think one beep would be enough. It's great at reheating leftovers, heating snacks, popcorn, etc... We really never used any microwave we have owned to cook a meal. This unit does excel at making potatoes, hot dogs & bacon(with the proper tray)etc... I like the idea of a knob to set the time. We've found this to be a very versatile microwave and would definetly recommend it to anyone looking for a counter-top unit

We use this microwave everyday for a variety of foods and especially like the sensor reheat and sensor cook. Defrosting is quick. It cooks and reheats so much faster than our old microwave. It's a bit tricky to get the tray balanced, but that's a minor problem. We love this microwave.
