This microwave is only 12" high and 16" deep but it has a huge capacity inside and is very powerful! It's pretty quiet and we find the controls can be used very simply or in a more sophisticated manner(read higher learning curve...but not that much.)
We've only used it about 10 times so far but so far so good.
