We purchased this unit to replace a new LG/Zenith Dehu that we bought that tripled our energy bill!!! While the use of a Dehu still increases our energy bill, this unit was far more effective than any of our past models and it is very quiet!!! We compared prices, and for the features, this was the best that we could find - [...], no one could beat it!!!

Outdoor humidity is 100%; a/c gets indoor humidity down to 75%. This little workhorse runs almost nonstop to get it down to 50%. It beeps three times a day to have it's bucket emptied, which is very easy to do. After 3 weeks, the filter light came on. I had to check the booklet to see where the filter was, but it came right out. I rinsed it in the sink and used the vegetable brush on it; easy. The unit sounds like a window air conditioner. If it were quieter, I would consider getting a second one.

bought this product to replace an older dehumidifier that was noisy, inefficient, and heavy. Bought this model from ABT's online store [...] ease of setup, and its very efficient workings.My wife and I am totally satisfied ith this dehumidifier and highly recommend it.As usual ABT has done it again. Handles the best merchandise out there. No need to shop elsewhere.
