Comments about EssickAir Essick Air 11 Gallon White Humidifier:
After doing quite a bit of research, I decided to purchase this model based on perceived quality and features. Set up of new product was easy. Unfortunately, the quality of the unit was below expectations. The unit's computer chip which determines the current room's humidity wasn't accurate and didn't work correctly. Experienced exactly the same problem with the replacement unit.
Experience with ABT Electronics was very positive and efficient. Ordered over Internet, and purchase and shipment were both quick and easy. Had a defective unit, and had a subsequent conversation with the returns department at ABT, which also was a positive experience. ABT paid for all shipments, which was great. The replacement unit arrived quickly. Bottom line = ABT is a great store and a pleasure to work with.
