Product showed up when expected and in great shape. Took me a little while to figure out that the sprayer panel inside had become dislodged [...] Once I got that figured out, it works beautifully. The only negative I can think of is that it is noisier than I ever expected. It is louder than our dishwasher and runs a whole lot more often.
