Instruction sheet could be a little better detailed regarding logistical position of parts relative to the final assembly and fit. But it can still be put together without too much aggravation. The Weber Q looks great on it and the height is just right. Component quality seems solid and weather tolerant. The handle for moving the grill once the Q is in place can be a bit awkard to use. Overall very satisfied with purchase decision.
Delivery prompt with easy tracking access for arrival updates. Product arrived without damage and carton was in good shape. I ordered the delux grill cover as well, which was backordered. I was kept advised regarding availability and then shipment...very impressive personal Customer Service involvement.

I purchased the product based on the description of fitting the "Weber Q" grill. Unfortunately it doesn't fit the two smaller Q's. I have a Q100 and the area where the grill should sit is off by a couple of inches on all sides making it impossible to use as assembled. After taking the time to put it together only to discover it didn't fit my grill I certainly wasn't going to take the time to take it apart and send back. I plan on finding something to make a platform so I can use it for the intended purpose. I wish the description would have said "does not fit the smaller Q100 and Q1xx series grills". Quality yes, fits all Weber Q -- NO.

Overall excellent complement to Q200 Grill for use on patio or deck. Easy to assemble, high quality materials, good fit and finish. The juxtaposition of the cart handle and grill handle is unfortunate in that it is very easy to grab the grill handle when trying to move the combo around - not a good idea as the grill is not rigidly affixed to the cart.

The stationary cart works great for anyone who indends to use thier Q in more of a permanent manor. I prefer my streamline light and easy to clean Q with this permanent cart over the big bulky units so it's perfect for my situation.
The fold-away side shelves are a nice feature. They are made of a very flexible plastic which means they have good durability against cracking and chipping but this also means they tend to bend and be a bit bouncey. Nothing I am really concerned with since I only use them for a plate of food or to set a couple of utensils on. Unless you clean the grill off with one of those wire brush thingys you might need to scrub a little grub off of your shelves the next time you unfold them, but maybe that's just me :)
I found the assembly of the cart to be fairly straight forward and easy. It took no more than a 1/2 hour to unbox, assemble and clean up the mess. There are about 10 or so screws and everything else snaps together.
If you're looking for something bigger and more durable than this, then it's probably because you should have bought one of those big bulky stainless steel eye-sores. :)

Makes the Weber Q 200,220 look like a "big" grill. Easy assembly, very sturdy, compact and rolls easily (make sure you grab the handle on the cart and not the one right above which is the grill!). Solid rack on bottom supports a 20 lb tank and the cover hides it from sight. Includes the adapter hose for a 20 lb tank so that actually lowers the real cost of the cart. Cons: Not much storage on the bottom rack (thus the 4 star rating).
