These bars last on average about three years. I was not aware stainless steel replacements were available until after receiving my order. Reviews for the stainless steel bars are all positive and they appear to last longer. My next replacements will be steel bars.

Last set lasted 10 yrs.

I'm not sure if these replacement bars are as heavy grade as the originals, but I have only spent about $[...] between these and a couple other small parts restoring my grill to near new condition. I've already had 10 years out of this Weber grill, so if I get another 10 years with this small expenditure, this will be THE most cost effective grill I have ever owned.
