Please read the instructions before attempting to clean the outside. Unfortunately I didn't.
DO NOT use the green scrubbing padded sponges! They will scratch the you know what out of it. That said, very attractive look. Drawers are solid and pull out and push in with ease. Nice interface on door for water/ice/filter, etc. Really like it.

The only negative thing I can say abou this product is that the levers you push your glass against to release ice and water are not very sensitive. You need to push really hard to activate the dispensers. Works fine with heavy glasses, but is hard for kids with plastic cups. Everything else about the product is great. We replaced an 8-year old GE Profile that needed numerour repairs over the years and was clearly of inferior quality (but similarly priced).
