I agree with the 2nd review, it is noisy. It is the loudest appliance in the kitchen. The problem that is married to the noise is that it cycles so often. On off, on off, on off, every couple of minutes it cycles. Otherwise it is attractive, especially at night and it has continued to work for the couple of months that we've had it. I'm thinking of wrapping the body of the unit with some sound proofing to see if it quiets it down a bit.

My wine cooler has been broken more than it has been operating. It takes 3 months to get parts from Danby. After the new parts get put in, it only works 1 week and then I am back to waiting another 3 months for the same part. I would never buy another Danby wine cooler
